If that doesn’t grab your attention let me tell you this: This is a Secret Garden necklace!! Yes I’m talking large heavy keys, ornate doors hidden in the ivy, and garden tea parties with spooky boys! Now that you’re with me, let’s adore this piece that surely graced the decollété of grown up Mary Lennox.
 
Set in delicious 15ct gold, this pendant features two luscious, vibrant and sparkly peridots with supreme clarity, the lower being an articulating element that just gives an extra hit of romance. Coiling around our jewels are rows of perfectly matched seed pearls, arranged in a classic Lavallière architecture. The Lavallière style pendant is either named for Duchesse de la Vallière, a mistress of King Louis XIV or for the iconic French actress  Ève Lavallière. History hasn’t decided, but it’s definitely loaded with the allure of two infamous females. Devotion to detail is not spared, even the bail is encrusted with pearls! The pendant is strung on an antique gold cable chain and should delight anyone in search of their perfect August birthstone peridot piece or any little Mary still looking for the garden.
